How to make a return?

Log into your account, click on "contact us" and send us an email with "my product returns" as the subject, specifying your order number and the reason for your return, you will then be given a return number as well as the link to the coliback website to make your return and pay for shipping. If you are returning a defective item, please include a photo of the item. We will refund you upon receipt of the package.

Did you receive the items I returned?  

As soon as the package is processed you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the package from us. In the meantime, you can track your package with the tracking number you were given when you sent it on the coliback website.


How long after placing my order can I return my items?

You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Can we exchange an item? 

We exchange items if they have a manufacturing defect or if the size does not fit. In this case, contact our customer service, they will send you the return procedure at our expense and the exchanged item will be shipped upon receipt of the return.

After making your return request on your account, print the email from our customer service department that provides you with a return number.

Will you refund my shipping costs if I return an item?

Postage costs are the responsibility of our customers. However, we will refund the shipping cost if the product has a defect or in the case of an exchange. In this case, please contact our customer service.


How long will I get my money back?

Refunds will be issued within 15 days from the date the return was received by our warehouse if all conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
